Download Workers’ Compensation Claim Letter here –

This letter can be used to send with your invoices to obtain proper payment of workers’ compensation claims.  As you know, The South Carolina Workers’ Compensation Commission met and voted to cut reimbursement to ASCs by 80%.  Recently a judge ruled in our favor to impose a Temporary Restraining Order on this new Workers’ Compensation payment plan for ASCs.  SCASCA representatives testified and were instrumental in this ruling.  This letter was created by attorneys that represented South Carolina ASCs in the appeal.

If you are having issues with workers’ compensation claim payment, please send this letter with your invoices to obtain proper payment.
